27-year-old Tecona Welcome, the female intoxicated driver who was responsible for an accident on Saturday night (June 24, 2017), causing the death of one person and injuries to several others, has been placed on $20,000 bail.

The News Room was informed that the woman appeared in court earlier this week where she was charged and placed on bail for driving under the influence.

Welcome’s alcohol consumption level was 47 micrograms on the night of the accident; that is 12 micrograms more than she is allowed to have while driving.
