Police are investigating a fatal accident which occurred about 03:00hrsthis morning on the Kitty Public Road, Georgetown.
Dead is 22-year-old, Suresh Kellowan, of Good Hope, East Coast Demerara.
Initial investigation revealed that the young man was riding motorcycle CD 4662 without a safety helmet and was proceeding west at a fast rate when he lost control while negotiating the turn at the “Russian Embassy” and collided with the guardrail.
Kellowan was taken to the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
