Four men were on Monday arrested after they were found in the possession of a boat belonging to the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA).
Police said the 55ft wooden boat was moored at the Marine Wharf.
It was last seen at the location by a security guard employed with the Guyana Revenue at around 00:30hrs. However, it was discovered missing after 2:15hrs on Monday.
The boat was later recovered in the vicinity of the Muneshwar Wharf in the possession of four males of Annandale, East Coast Demerara (ECD).
