A grey, semi-submersible vessel was found by Police on Saturday in the Paiana Creek, Port Kaituma River, Region One (Barima- Waini).
Police Headquarters said the vessel was covered with troolie leaves. A makeshift camp nearby that was hidden from public view was also found.
The vessel was searched, and approximately 15 sandbags were discovered, along with about six cases of water.
Investigations are ongoing.
